InStep is OSI' flagship global internship program. We attract talent from the best global academic institutions, from management, technical and liberal arts backgrounds. InStep fosters a multi-cultural environment within the organization. We also benefit from the diverse perspectives of a best-in-class talent pool.InStep has a membership of 650 alumni. In 2008-2009, the program hired 175 talented professionals from 95 top universities for strategic projects.
